Identification Statement

This is an to Liberty 1031 Exchange Services, LLC., as ("Qualified Intermediary") under the referenced exchange by and between the undersigned ("Exchanger") and the Qualified Intermediary, regarding the identification of . This Identification Statement is intended to comply with Internal Revenue Code Section 1031(a)(3)(A), by identifying, within 45 days after conveyance of the first , replacement property(ies) to be received by Exchanger to complete the exchange.

OPTIONAL: If you wish to limit the number of identified Replacement Property(ies) you are entitled to receive under your Exchange Agreement, then INITIAL ONLY ONE of the following paragraphs. Note that returned funds may incur tax.

	Exchanger is only entitled to acquire one of the identified Replacement Properties; and after the first Replacement Property has been acquired, Qualified Intermediary shall have no further obligation to acquire and convey additional Replacement Property to Exchanger and the balance of the exchange funds will be released to Exchanger.
	Exchanger is only entitled to acquire two of the identified Replacement Properties; and after the second Replacement Property has been acquired, Qualified Intermediary shall have no further obligation to acquire and convey additional Replacement Property to Exchanger and the balance of the exchange funds will be released to Exchanger.

If NONE of the aforegoing options are selected, your Exchange Agreement provides that you cannot receive any balance of the exchange funds until all identified properties are acquired, as required by I.R.S. Reg. 1.1031(k)-1(g)(6).
